Straw yellow in appearance. Aromas are fruity when young becoming more intense, characteristic, with age. Palate is velvety, dry or soft, well balanced. Ideal as an aperitif, ideal with seafood salads and fish and crustacean based first course dishes and particularly rich and tasty soups.
