Appearance: Very pale yellow. Aroma: Explosive aromas of passionfruit, ruby red grapefruit, and juicy white peach jump out of the glass, followed by hints of fresh lemongrass. Mouthfeel: This in-your-face drop captures the essence of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Ripe, exuberant citrus and passionfruit flavours combine with fresh lemongrass. The palate is dry, complex, and powerful, giving way to a concentrated, salivating finish. Food Pairing: Try it alongside casual fresh sourdough dunked in good quality olive oil and plenty of dukkah, or for a main course try crispy skinned snapper fillet with warm puy lentils and a herby lemon sauce.

This is a strong, classically styled bottling by Marlborough stalwart Jules Taylor. A heady combo of pineapple, passionfruit and grass is underscored by dried herbs. It flows to a palate that's crisp, dry and peachy right to the finish. Easy sipping with lovely balance, tension and textural weight for food friendliness.

Vibrant and fresh aromas of passion fruit, cut grass and pineapple. The light-bodied palate has a creamy mouthfeel and focused acidity, giving notes of peaches, nectarines and lychees. Tropical fruit-driven with a generous texture. Drink now. Screw cap.

The 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is ripe and rounded with well-balanced acidity that refreshes but doesn't dominate the wine, allowing the fruit to shine. Expect mango, passion fruit and nectarine-like fruit flavors with a gourmand texture on the medium-length finish. Enjoy this in youth for its fleshy fruit and freshness.
