The wine provides the "ripasso" method on the Amarone's residue grapes after the pressure for around 15 days followed by a 10 months aging. It displays a ruby red colours and hints of red fruits with roasted coffee notes. Well balanced. Uncork the bottle at least one hour before serving and drinking.
