Tyrrell's Rufus Stone Heathcote Shiraz 2013The deep rich colour of this wine indicates its intensity. The nose is full of ripe plum and dark cherries with a hint of white pepper and sweet vanillin. The flavours carry onto the palate which is full of big soft fruit, but balanced by an elegant oak structure and natural acid, resulting in a rich wine with a complex and fresh structure.
Domaine Pinson Freres Chablis Mont de Milieu 2016Tasting Notes: Exotic aromas of pineapple, vanilla, and apricot on the nose. Round, well-balanced, and with good persistence of flavor. Food Matches: Fish with sauce, white meat with cream, ham off the bone with a chablisienne sauce.
Chateau Musar White 2009The Chateau white of this year is a deep golden colour with honeyed aromas, full of tropical fruits; pineapple, banana with warm, toasty buttery notes. The palate is rich in ripe yellow fruits, quince and apricot with the pineapple flavours following through. It also has dried fruits and almonds with oak ageing characters. This is a powerful vintage full of yellow fruits and honeycomb; there is a fine balance between the oily texture and fresh acidity. Cellared well, it will keep for decades.
Theo Minges Scheurebe Feinherb 2018Your new favorite Spring white! Regina Minges and her father Theo farm 24 hectares organically in Flemlingen in the Southern Pfalz. Similar to Riesling, this beauty showcases cooling mint and woodruff infused pink grapefruit and honeydew melon on a polished palate, leading to a mouthwateringly salt-tinged and infectiously juicy finish. “SOMMELIER ALERT! The wine is as close to perfect as such a thing can be; sage and red currant, wry and salty and really long, even complex, certainly nuanced; hard to resist on any level. I’m making space in the cellar for a lot of this." Terry Theise
Lokoya Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon 2011This appellation lies above the town of St. Helena on the eastern slopes of the Mayacamas Mountains, which separate Napa Valley from Sonoma Valley and the Santa Rosa Plain. The vineyard is located at 1,600 feet and has sedimentary soils. The wine it produces opens with a signature floral perfume that leads to red and black fruit flavors. Satiny tannins yield on the palate, yet will fully reward cellaring.
Bevan Sugarloaf Mountain Proprietary Red 2013What a great run we have had with this vineyard. We recently locked up our blocks long term, ensuring that we will be making this wine for many years to come, and we couldn't be more excited. Stylistically, the 2013 is a combination of the 2012, which had higher acidity and tannin than any previous vintage, and the 2009, which had the most intense dark chocolate flavors. It almost has a sweetness to it, but the wine is bone dry. This extreme site provides incredibly seductive textures and pure sex appeal.
Silk & Spice Red Blend
Ramey Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2014Our tenth vintage of this appellation Cabernet is blended from a combination of hillside and valley floor vineyards. Our style combines the harmony produced by traditional Bordelaise winemaking techniques with the voluptuousness gained from California's weather, especially in this perfect vintage.
Araujo Estate Altagracia Cabernet Sauvignon 2009The aromas from this wine, made from a blend of Eisele Vineyard and premium Napa Valley fruit, literally jump out of the glass with notes of blackberry bramble, black plums, sour cherries and cherry cola nuanced by touches of bay leaf, chaparral, tobacco and tar. In the mouth, it coats the palate with dense, velvety texture and seductive, ripe flavors of red fruit, tar and coffee, followed by a long mineral finish that reveals its underlying grace.
Opus One Napa Valley Red 2015Initial dark fruit, spice and baking aromas in the Opus One 2015 are interwoven with seductive notes of violet, black tea, and sage. The entry is vibrant with ripe dark fruit flavors of plum, blackberry and blueberry followed by hints of vanilla and cocoa. Silky, fine-grained tannins provide structure and a creamy texture. The wine finishes with fresh acidity and a rich, lingering finish that promises longevity in the cellar.
Ferrari-Carano Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2016Vibrant aromas of black cherry, plum, cardamom, cedar, sage and sandalwood spice awaken the senses, while full-bodied flavors of licorice, leather, cocoa, vanilla and toasty caramel fill the palate. Notes of toasty leather round out the finish. Our Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with roasted, broiled or barbecued game and red meats such as lamb and beef, as well as pork and veal. Medium and strong‐flavored cheeses, such as blue cheese or sharp Cheddar, also pair nicely with this wine.
Continuum Proprietary Red 20162016 Continuum has heightened citrus blossom and rose petal aromatics, and builds in power and presence on the palate with cassis, dark fruits, bergamot, and dried wild herb with notes of cigar box and leather. Exquisitely balanced, 2016 is expansive and sinewy on the mid palate with a graphite and earthy minerality. The firm iron core of these volcanic soils causes the vines to struggle, producing fewer but more flavorful berries. That is expressed in 2016 Continuum's vibrancy, many layers and assertive structure, all of which pay homage to its origin. For the fullest sensory experience we encourage decanting to allow the wine to breathe before serving. Decanting awakens the wine's more purely fragrant expression and enhances the suppleness of the palate. Continuum is accessible and enjoyable upon release; however extended aging will be richly rewarded.
Leese Fitch Cabernet Sauvignon 2017A dark ruby color, raspberry and sassafras aromas are complemented by sweet cherry, cinnamon, vanilla and subtle oak notes. Pairs perfectly with a marinated portabella mushroom burger on a potato bun with a roasted red pepper aioli, beef stroganoff alongside classic green bean casserole or a spicy pepperoni pizza.
Mayacamas Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon 2015The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon has great elegance and power. Ripe raspberry and sarsaparilla highlight the aromatics on the nose. Layered notes of dried lavender and wet slate highlight both vineyard site and winemaking style. On the palate this wine's fresh acidity and gravelly minerality lead to great focus at the finish and compliment notes of fig, leather and cacao.

Sebastiani Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
Chateau Montelena Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2017Cocoa, raspberry jam, and dried fig highlight a bright, fresh nose that quickly settles into a steady parade of baking spices, black pepper, and earth. Deceptively soft initially, the wine builds with its viscosity and concentration amidst layers of ripe plum, very fine tannins, and espresso bean. A lively ginger note adds a touch of spice, bolstered by dried cherry, tobacco, and fresh bright cranberries. The finish is laser-focused, mineral-driven and persistent, not unexpected in young Cabernet. Delicious now, it will add breadth and polish with time in glass.
