Pears, white pepper and a bit of sage in the nose. Mineral-salty richness and a prolonged are distinctive on the palate. A wine with backbone and a likeable companion to many dishes. An extremely versatile wine for many occasions and interesting combinations: as an aperitif as well as an accompaniment to full-bodied first courses, fish or white meat.

Pale bright straw-yellow. Accessible aromas of pear, white flowers, and lemon candy are complicated by a note of resin. Smooth and silky, with lovely harmonious acidity providing punch to the sneakily concentrated flavors of peach and herbs. Leaves a sappy impression on the long aftertaste. Very easy-to-drink Pinot Grigio wine; you'll find you've emptied your glass before you even know it.

Light herb and Meyer lemon peel notes accent Gala apple and stone flavors in this zesty, light-bodied white. Drink now through 2021. 6,700 cases made.

Bright and medium bodied, this offers aromas of ripe white stone fruit. On the structured palate, fresh acidity accompanies ripe Bartlett pear and mature apple before a slightly nutty finish.

The Elena Walch 2018 Alto Adige Pinot Grigio (in a screwcap closure, with 80,000 bottles made) is a frank and easy-drinking wine that pours forth with a bright and luminous appearance followed by easy aromas of citrus, white flower and peach. This is a lean and fresh Pinot Grigio (aged briefly on the lees in stainless steel) to pair with fried codfish or a chicken salad.
