Bright, clear yellow color. Dry with a distinct aromas of citrus and flowers, combined with hints of smoke and minerals from the volcanic soil. Full-bodied, well-balanced with intense flavors and long finish. By picking early and relying on fruit from high-altitude vineyards, renown winemaker Nikos Varvarigos worked the warmth of the vintage into a powerful, impressive Santorini.
It’s nearly tropically ripe, even as the island’s stony character comes through. The finish is firm and clean, leaving behind the scent of sea air. A wonderful white with your favorite heartier seafood or lamb dishes. Enjoy!
