This whiskey was distilled from Berkshire Brewing Company's Oktoberfest beer, at ten years in the barrel it is the oldest whiskey that we have released and as it turns out, age does matter. Mellowed by oak, this whiskey is rich with notes of roasted malt and butterscotch. It is wildly aromatic with just enough lingering hops in the background to add some extra flair without being distracting. As with many of our projects, this is of very limited availability, sorry.
