Lambrusco Grasparossa with small cut of Malbo Gentile. Red vinification, fermentation on the skins for a minimum of 6-7 days. Disgorging à la volèe after at least 15 months on the lees. Red ripe fruit, berries, walnut, mint, mineral notes. Bubbles perfectly integrated in a completely dry wine. Dry and sliding. Serve with starters of cured meats, sausages and cold meats, grana padano and Parmesan cheese; stuffed pasta or topped with meat sauce; all kinds of boiled, roasted, grilled meat; sweet traditional bakery like "Bensone".
