Our Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby in color, with aromas of black currants, anise, tobacco, and dark chocolate. On the palate the wine presents flavors of blackberries, cherries, cocoa and toasty oak, which are complemented by soft tannins that lead to a silky finish. The 2017 was another exceptional harvest. Winter and spring rains provided the necessary water to support vines through a healthy spring flowering and fruit set. The summer provided warm days and cool nights which provided rich flavor development. The resulting wine is dark in color with ripe fruit character and integrated tannins.
