This Beerenauslese, exclusively from estate-owned vineyards, has a juicy mouthful of ripe fruits with a finish that is long and satisfying, but never heavy. It is perfect as an aperitif, with rich foods like foie gras, or with creamy desserts featuring fresh fruits.

Sourced in several vineyards except the grand crus, the 2017 Riesling Beerenauslese offers a concentrated bouquet with discreet botrytis and refreshing citrus fruit aromas. Sweet, fresh and piquant on the palate, this is a digestible, racy-piquant and stimulating BA with transparent fruit. Tasted as a sample in April 2019.
