This Serpoul elixir if made from high mountain, wild Thyme flowers – called ‘Timo Serpillo’ flowers – ‘Serpoul’ in Piedmontese. Those picked highest on the mountain contain the most aromatics. The color is clear, beautiful, golden. Explosive aromatics of Thyme, mountain herbs and white flowers. Silky flavors of aromatic thyme, spring wate, balsamic notes and delicate herbs with a super-smooth, delicately bitter, long finish. It is great to add into the simmering of risotto with mountain cheeses, and it’s herbal power make it a fantastic cocktail essential.(30%abv)
