The 2022 Rose Gobelsburger Cistercien is made mostly of Zweigelt, with smaller additions of Pinot Noir and Sankt Laurent. This pale pink wine is directly pressed from vineyards dedicated to rose production. Both creaminess and freshness, with scented strawberry, are vivid on the nose. The palate is fresh and gently yeasty, with a lovely tart strawberry hint and bright freshness on a super slander, bone-dry body. (Bone-dry)
