A tangy streak of salinity drives this mouthwatering, linear Champagne, while the fine mousse swathes the racy frame and carries flavors of crushed white raspberry, peach skin, dried thyme and biscuit. Enjoy this with seafood. Drink now through 2022. 1,000 cases made, 100 cases imported.

This cuvée is based on the 2014 vintage, with 40% reserve wine added for richness and maturity. It delivers intense red fruit along with equally intense acidity. With the dry crispness that's a hallmark of the producer, it's balanced, and bright, with a mineral texture.

Based on the 2017 vintage and disgorged in November 2019 with five grams per liter dosage, the NV Brut Rosé Insouciance exhibits aromas of pears, red berries and brioche. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and incisive, it's ripe core of fruit is underpinned by tangy structuring acids, complemented by a youthfully frothy mousse.

The NV Brut Rosé L'Insouciance (2017 base) is a pretty, lifted wine. The Insouciance is based on the Invitation cuvée. Like that wine, it plays more in the realm of aromatics and delicate fruit rather than richness. Crushed flowers and cranberry linger. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: April, 2019.
