Domaine Passy le Clou Petit Chablis 2023

Known as Domaine Patrice since 1950, the famous Descombes family renamed it to Passy le Clou in 2013. With just 21 parcels, production is always limited! This Chablis is concentrated, complex and has an aromatic richness. On the nose, we find citrus, white fruit and most of all floral notes. When tasted, we were bowled over by its minerality, balance and freshness. It will pair really well with a seafood platter, oysters or cheese! A very desirable Chablis
