The NV Tradition Premier Cru Brut is a fresh and crispy Champagne based on 70% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 5% Meunier, picked in the 2011 vintage and fermented in stainless steel. The cuvée has been disgorged in December 2015 with six grams per liter. Clear and fresh on the nose, with lemon and apple flavors also on the palate, this is a firmly structured wine with a good mineral expression. Pretty young though.
