A white wine with a light golden colour, Bourgogne Aligoté has brilliant green reflections. It gives off fine notes of hawthorn, Williams pear and hazelnut on the nose. You will discover in the mouth its aromas of small white flowers and spices.

The 2020 Bourgogne Aligote had been racked a week before my visit. The nose is too primal to read. The palate is well balanced and quite intense, offering fine acidity and green apple, pear and citric notes on the finish. Good potential.
