Westland Distillery Colere Edition 2

Colere, the second installment of the Outpost Range, exemplifies the steps forward in evaluating barley as a raw material. Each edition of Colere is distilled by Westland from a unique non-commodity barley varietal. These grain-forward expressions feature used casks for aging in order to highlight the nuances in the flavors of the barleys. Edition 1 uses Alba barley and has notes of shortbread, toasted nuts, and honey.
