This sessionable beer features two of our favorite hops, Enigma and HBC 586. Brewed with a combo of spelt, wheat and oats on top of a delicate pilsner base, Let the Field Go Fallow features aromas of cantaloupe, papaya, tropical fruit, and strawberries alongside fresh rustic wheat bread. This IPA has a medium to light body that carries with it a plush mouthfeel. The flavors follow suit with a light bitterness at the end. Let the Field Go Fallow is delightfully sessionable at 5.8% .
