This luscious hazy IPA is hopped with Citra and a dash of Huell Melon for a soft citrus juice aroma and smooth finish. We employ a "coolpool" (chilling the wort to 170 F after the boil before adding whirlpool hops) to bring out Citra's essential oils and lend a softer bitterness.
