Dom Pérignon Brut 2013

The 2013 vintage is a study in patience, produced from a long, cool growing season that gave the wine remarkable freshness and definition. Lemon zest, white peach, green apple, almond, and delicate brioche unfold across a finely textured palate, with chalky minerality and bright acidity carrying everything toward a long, focused finish. It has the restraint and precision to reward years in the cellar, but enough detail already showing to make opening it now feel like a very good idea.
