Located south of Nuits Saint Georges, covering an area of 1.25 hectare, this Bourgogne often shows a stronger colour than the Bourgogne Plant Gilbert. It is denser on the nose and shows a more masculine character on the palate.

The 2021 Bourgogne Grand Chaliot exhibits aromas of sweet berries, plums and spices, followed by a medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy palate.

The 2021 Bourgogne Grand Chaliot is limpid ruby in colour. The nose offers Bing cherry and touches of cassis. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannins, quite juicy and maybe just a bit "Glou Glou" on the finish (though what's wrong with that?) Enjoy over the next couple of years.
