Prohibition Pig Bantam Double American IPA

Pouring a pale, hazy orange, Bantam gives off complex hop aromas, including papaya, pine, peach, candied citrus, and sage. The taste follows suit, with the modest malt sweetness giving structure for the hop oils, finishing with lingering hop resin. Named for the mascot of our brewer's alma mater, our flagship double IPA brewed to be a hop saturated experience while maintaining balance.
