Pairs well with orange-scented shrimp risotto, leek and wild garlic soup or omelette, seasoned raw ham, cow's and goat's milk cheeses, fried eggs with grated truffles, tagliolini with tomato and swordfish, porcini mushroom risotto with a generous sprinkling of parsley.
