The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, racy wine. A burst of super-ripe red cherry fruit, plum, mocha, licorice and sweet oak is amplified in this extroverted Cabernet Sauvignon from Edge proprietor Ray Signorello. There's a good deal of Alexander Valley earthy/savory complexity to play off of the wine's natural exuberance. It's a gorgeous wine for the money.

This is a deeply colored and structured Cabernet with cassis, graphite and purple flower aromas on the nose. The palate is very tannic, with a persistent grip and flavors of kirsch, black plum and black licorice.
