The nose is characterised by fresh fruitiness, especially peach and lime with some yellow and green stone fruit in the background. On the palate, the wine has a pleasant minerality, it is rounded, with a solid depth and a long aftertaste. The first impression is freshness, followed by roundness in the middle, ending with a finish marked by opulent fruitiness mixed with mineral saltiness. With white saltwater fish, grilled or baked in the oven, langoustine or shrimp risotto, shellfish like scallops, pasta with white meat or seafood, chicken with rice, sushi and sashimi, Istrian fuži pasta with light sauces, turkey meat.
