The 2021 Chardonnay Dion Vineyard is understated in the glass with a delicate blend of yellow apples, chamomile and raw almonds. It's silky, nearly creamy in feel, with ripe pit fruits and enriching hints of vanilla custard. A youthful tension lingers as the 2021 finishes with admirable length and potent lemony concentration.
