The nose is of pear and precious wood and lets some notes of breeding shine through, aeration completes the bouquet with sweet spices; chardonnay in its mineral and orientalist complexity. In the mouth it is a great extension: both rich and invigorating, the wine is fatty and leaves a long trail of white fruits before plunging the palate into a chalky finish. Powerful and complete, this wine is a premier cru which prefers the modesty of the village.
