Golden yellow color, sustained, with ocher reflections, this wine has a nose of ripe fruit, quince. In the mouth, the attack is ample and supple, some notes of honey and spices. In the finish, it is all in balance sugar / acidity. Seared foie gras, grilled or roasted white meats (pork, veal), rabbit, poultry in creamy sauce, smoked fish, mushroom dishes (such as risotto).

The 2021 Pinot Gris Reserve from Gualtallary, Uco Valley, was 50% aged for six months in barrels. A greenish yellow in hue. This has a bold nose of intense citrus aromas and hints or pear. It's moderately fatty in the mouth with vivid flavor and concertation thanks to the region as well as accomplished freshness.
