The balsamic 2019 Burgans Albariño is produced with grapes that have lower malic acid and riper fruit, but the wine is also produced in a more generous and rounder style with close to five grams of sugar; at the same time, the alcohol is a little lower and the acidity higher, so it's still in balance, just a different balance and a different profile. 400,000 bottles produced.
