This domaine is producing some lovely, finessed, old world Burgundies. 2018 is the first vintage we've enjoyed and boy now we're hooked! Blessed with notes of ripe orchard fruit and a slightly tropical note. Soft and layered texture with a satisfyingly long finish. Produced with fruit from Meursault, Puligny and Chassagne, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in a combination of large and small casks, with a small percentage of new oak. After a year in cask, they are racked once prior to bottling. A lovely Bourgogne Blanc with salinity and plenty of harmony. A wonderful representation of Chardonnay!
